2. Purpose and Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Contract govern the distance selling relationship between Taulisa S.L. and the user or customer, in accordance with legal provisions, in particular Law 7/1998 of April 13 on General Terms and Conditions of Contract, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16 approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

3. Acceptance of Conditions

The user expressly declares to know, understand and accept these terms of use. By placing an order through our online store, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these general terms and conditions of sale.

4. Purchase Process

To make a purchase at taulisa.com:

  • Select the desired products and add them to your cart.
  • Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Enter your shipping and billing information.
  • Select your payment method.
  • Review and confirm your order.

Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

5. Prices and Taxes

All prices shown on the website include applicable VAT. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before completing the purchase. Taulisa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, although products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration.

6. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayPal
  • Bizum

All payments are processed securely. Taulisa does not store credit card data.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Delivery Times

  • España peninsular: 2-4 días laborables
  • Balearic and Canary Islands: 4-7 business days
  • European Union: 5-10 business days
  • Personalized products: 7-10 production days + shipping

7.2 Shipping Costs

  • España peninsular: 4,95€ (gratis en pedidos superiores a 50€)
  • Other destinations: according to weight and location

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without the need for justification.

Exceptions: Withdrawal is not accepted for personalized products made according to consumer specifications, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento:

  • Contact us at hola@taulisa.com indicating your order number.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • The customer will bear the return shipping costs.
  • Once the product is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum period of 14 days.

9. Warranties

All our products have a legal 2-year warranty for conformity defects, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If you detect any manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will proceed with repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

All contents of this website (texts, images, logos, designs, source code) are the property of BELTEX 2014, S.L. or its content providers and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Their reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile, without prejudice to the consumer's possibility of accessing the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
