The Taulisa system consists of two elements: the wooden base with protective finish (which you buy once) and the interchangeable textile covers (which you can change whenever you want). Both the base and the covers have a protective finish that makes them resistant and easy to clean. The base is sold separately from the covers, allowing you to choose exactly what you need.

Our charger plates have a standard diameter of 33 cm, the ideal size to serve as a base for dinner plates. It is compatible with most standard table plates.

Yes, all our covers are machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to keep colors vibrant longer. Do not tumble dry.

The covers are designed to be used with the Taulisa base. Without the base, they would not maintain their circular shape. The system works as a set: the base provides the structure and the cover provides the design.

Orders in mainland Spain are usually delivered within 2-4 business days. For the Balearic and Canary Islands, the timeframe is 4-7 business days. International shipments can take 5-10 business days depending on the destination.

Standard shipping in mainland Spain is 4.95 EUR. Free shipping on orders over 50 EUR. For other destinations, the cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times.

Yes, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

All our products have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you detect any problem, contact us and we will solve it.

Yes, we offer a customization service where you can upload your own image (photo, logo, illustration) and we turn it into a unique cover. The minimum order for customized products is 4 units.

We recommend images in JPG or PNG format with a minimum resolution of 1000x1000 pixels to ensure the best print quality. The higher the resolution, the better the result.

Customized orders have a production time of 7-10 business days from design approval. Standard shipping time is added to this.

The wooden base with protective finish only needs a slightly damp cloth to clean it if it gets dirty. Avoid submerging it in water. The protective finish makes it easy to clean and maintain.

The covers can be folded and stored in any drawer. They take up very little space. To avoid wrinkles, store them flat or rolled up. If they get wrinkled, you can iron them at a low temperature.
